The flagship dry polishing machine utilizes a high-speed centrifugal rotation principle. Workpieces and abrasive media tumble and rub against each other within an independent rubber barrel at 360°, delivering exceptional processing efficiency. The equipment effectively removes surface oxidation layers and machining marks, performs light edge breaking on workpieces, creates a uniform matte finish with coarse polishing, and achieves an 8K mirror-like finish with fine polishing. With outstanding compatibility, it processes various hardware parts including stamped components, precision castings, CNC-turned parts, and powder-coated items. It handles multiple materials such as stainless steel, copper, zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, and magnesium alloy, regardless of part geometry.
